Lacey Life Financial™ was founded by Chris Noto, whose journey began in his beloved hometown of Lacey Township, New Jersey. Starting out by going door to door, Chris focused on helping families secure burial insurance—the most fundamental protection they needed—not only in his hometown, but in underserved communities all across New Jersey as well. What began as a local effort to meet immediate needs has grown into a broader mission: providing trusted solutions in Indexed Universal Life (IUL), annuities, term life, and whole life/final expense, all while keeping the warmth and reliability of a local neighbor at heart.
